Description
Pump made of AISI304 stainless steel, with trolley on wheels. Thick pump body, double motor support flange also thick to avoid any deformation or torsion during pump operation.
Stainless steel rotor, with two or three adjustable rollers. Roller pressure adjustment on the product passage tube allows to choose the maximum pumping pressure and consequently the crushing of the tube.
Thick food-grade rubber hose complete with guides and clamps for connection to the pump inlet/outlet hoses.
Motorization complete with mechanical gear motor. Maximum rotor speed limitation to ensure low consumption of the rubber hose and gentle pumping to avoid disintegration of the pumped product especially in the case of fermented skins or pomace.
Speed regulation by electronic variable speed drive (inverter).
Pressure switch installed in pump discharge for automatic stop in case of overpressure.
No.2 expansion vessels to dampen pressure pulses on pipes connected to the pump.
Self-priming pump capable of sucking product even from a lower level of the pump itself.
Pump suitable for handling wine, must, whole grapes, destemmed grapes, fermented pomace, juice, chopped fruit, honey, yogurt, paint.
PP70x version for pumping liquids.
PP71x version for pumping semi-solid products. Version complete with a large loading hopper equipped with accident-prevention protection. Motorization complete with mechanical motor-varia-gearbox for adjusting the speed of the auger feeding the pump.
The hopper is hooked via DIN connection to the inlet of the peristaltic pump, a plug is provided for connecting the auger motorization to the electric control panel of the pump.
